It might be short for Celestenia, a rare variant of Celestine.

Lastenia, perhaps?I think that Paola is looking for Lastenia, who along with Axiotea, were two of the female disciples of Plato and Espeusipo. So the name might be Greek in origin, maybe Pavlos could help us out here?
