I'm having a child and have always loved the named Izzy (such as Izzy Stradlin of Guns and Roses, or Izzy as a name from the movie Rock Star) -- but it seems that a lot of girls nowadays are using it as a nn for Isabella.

Would a boy get a mental complex from the name Izzy?
