This is a list of musicians/composers that i took from a fake book (which is not fake, but it's just called like that because you can 'fake' the songs that are in the book, thus play them, honestly i don;t know why it's called like that). Well, i've checked in the database and on Google.com and checked for whether it were stage names or not (like Fats Domino) and this is the restant of the list. Does anybody know their meaning?
