It's probably a badly mangled version of the suggested meanings of
Helen (the "torch" / "St
Elmo's Fire" and "Moon" meanings are often corrupted to mean "light"). If
Helena is pronounced he-LAY-na (as it is by some people) then Layna would be a not unreasonable spelling variation of the nickname
Lena.
"Truth" seems to be thrown in just for fun, though!
