Why did your parents give you this name? With the pronunciation you have given, it looks to me like it could be their own invention blending the sounds of names like Rosa, Renee, and Shae.
A German surname spelled Rosche would be pronounced in two syllables, but with the accent on the first, something like "ROSH-eh".
