Definitely Jodi or Jodee. He still might get picked on, but then being dragged behind the pickup truck should kill him mercifully quick!
Seriously, Jody would probably work okay for a boy, as long as you avoid cute or inflammatory spellings (see above).

I grew up with several Jody's(definite spelling for a boy all he rest look feminine) and they were all boys. It is more masculin than feminine although it is a good unisex name, too
