I've noticed that most of the names are secular names, which reflects Albania's long period of Communist rule. Albania's Communist government was very anti-religion (to the point where they banned religion altogether in the 60s) and encouraged Albanians to use secular names (many of which were words from the Albanian language). Even before I read this post, I noticed that most Albanians born during that time period (at least in Albania) have secular names.
I'm not sure exactly how m4yb3_daijirou created this list... Possibly they simply entered a series of names into the instat tool and recorded the rankings. How would you be sure you didn't miss any names?
That's true, there may be mistakes. It's a pity we can't get many lists from an exhaustive tool such as INSTAT.
