As you mentioned, Kevin was/is common in many other countries, so the choice was whether to exhaustively list all the modern usages, or to be more consistent with other entries and only list after the usage becomes more established. I opted for the latter. I kept German, French and Dutch because the name entered their top 5.Hope that makes sense!

It does, thank you! But I think other usages should be reflected as well. Seeing that Kevin's usage is now more established in French, German, Dutch and Spanish then the "Modern" label can be removed and keep it for Swedish, Danish and Norwegian. I also think Italian and Portuguese (being both labelled as "Modern" as well) could be added, since Kevin charted in Brazil, Portugal and Italy; in Italy has never left the top 70, according to the chart.
