They both cite the DNIC, but I can't find the data there. I think Uruguay should be taken down until this can be sorted out.

I was able to find the source for 2023, taken from the Uruguayan Ministry of Education and Culture: https://www.gub.uy/ministerio-educacion-cultura/comunicacion/noticias/nombres-elegidos-para-recien-nacidos-2023
As for 2022, I think the second source (El País) is more accurate since the name rankings are similar to those on the 2023 chart. Besides, the first source (El Observador) gathers second names from compound names, and not only first names.

Good find! Too bad there is only a top 20 there. Hopefully El País will compile a 2023 list from their source. In the meantime I will reinstate the 2022 list, since it was originally drawn from El País.
