I was able to find South Korean name data, however, the time gaps are irregular. Early years are counted by every two years, and the oldest are counted by decade. I hope this is useful, though!

The source, at least for the most recent list, is: "Namechart, an Internet-based name tracker". I can't find much about it online. This, coupled with the irregular years and the low number of names, makes me reluctant to include these lists here.
