And Pavlos, please feel free to send me information on Greek names and any corrections on anything I may have gotten wrong. I don't know when and if there will be another edition, but I hope I will get to write at least one more book on names during my lifetime, though I am thinking of writing a more historical treatise on how name patterns shifted over the last 200 years in the USA rather than using a "dictionary" format.
