I was able to find the Estonian chart of names from 1935 to 2022, however the times the names were used are grouped in five years and are counted in a total, except before 1935 and 2021-2022.
I wonder if the list could be added despite this feature.

On another note, are there any news regarding the Albanian chart?

I've added Estonia ( https://www.behindthename.com/top/lists/estonia ), but unfortunately I haven't heard back from the fellow who put together the Albanian chart. I'll try him one more time.
