I did some research and found out there was a Dutch actress named Yanaika Lempers (1943-1982), born Joanna Lempers.
Plus, Yana was popular in Belgium during the 2000s, so it may be a combination of Yana with a Dutch diminutive suffix, possibly from Meike, for instance.
