Trouble is that INE publishes spreadsheets with names that are all upercase, so you can't be absolutely sure how the exact spelling of the names is.
In my own lists I replace un-accented names with the most popular name variants as used in Spanish-speaking countries that publish lists with exact spellings at least in part, as some sort of "reasonable speculation". You can see the result here: https://www.babynames.ch/Info/Series/psEsYearly
