Hmmm, that their usage has been confirmed seems a bit of stretch to me. It could be they are all lifted out of a book called "Curiosities of Puritan Nomenclature" from 1880 that LMS gives in one of those 3 submissions, linking to a page with names that Puritans used around 1590 or so.
Maybe in such cases submit with a short note about this quite special context, as a compromise?

People do sometimes use Puritan-inspired names in the modern world. I have seen them, the most recent I met was a little boy named Bread-of-Life. That being said, being as the Puritans don't exist anymore its not common to use the type of names they would use. Just because a name isn't used frequently in the modern era doesn't mean it isn't worthy of being in the database.
