Very interesting . ARMENELL MARION was the name of a ship my great great great grandmother was born on ..coming out from Cornwall to Melbourne . The father was in such a hurry to register the baby ..he registered her as Marion Armenell . The eldest daughter of each generation had been handed on this name . Unfortunately I had 2 sons . Me ..my.mother ..my grandmother ..her mother and her mother . Their name was DAVIES ...so Marion Armenell DAVIES was the baby named after the ship . It's very interesting ... Davies descendants often have get togethers. The family tree is now huge . I'm often looking for more I formation as I love family tree stuff . My ancestors on dad's side were and are still barrons and Barronesses ..the title is handed down with the surname von Bibra ..my maiden name .
