Arven - I wonder if this was derived from
Arwen or whether it is a completely unrelated Turkish name
Hazal - does it really mean 'dried and spilled tree leaves'? I love that meaning but it seems very particular to me.
Miray - I know that 'ay' means 'moon' and '
Mirac' means 'miracle', could it be a combination of these two?

Do these names have Turkish roots? They appeared in the Turkish top 100. I know
Ada has a Turkish meaning as well but what about these? And if they don't where does their popularity come from? They only entered recently and from what I've seen in the other decades Turkish people generally don't use foreign names except for those deriving from Persian or Arabic sources:
