WDYT of Caitriona and Kerrin?
WDYT of Catriona? And how would you pronounce it? I prefer ka-TREE-o-na. Also, I am liking my future niece's mn Kerrin, which has several websites saying that it related to Katherine and some saying that it is Hebrew.

These are charming but they have the problem of needing to be spelled EVERY time the bearer introduces herself.

Catriona is simply pronounced Ka-tree(o)-na, just as you'd normally pronounce Katrina. The io is a diphthong (a single syllable beginning with one vowel and ending in another, like the English pronunciation of hay and eye and boat and cow), caused by "breaking" of the i before the nasal n (i.e. the vowel sound naturally changes as your mouth transitions from saying "ee" to "n"). "Catriona" is a Scots attempt to represent the normal pronunciation somewhat phonetically.

The (o) is almost imperceptible. If you just say Katrina naturally, without trying to be super-correct and separating the phonemes, it just naturally intrudes in the transition between the long i: (as in tree) and the n.
