Does anyone know what the name Ruxandra means? It is a Romanian name and I speak some Romanian and googled it. About half of the websites I found said it derived from Alexandra and the other half claimed it derives from Roxana. I'm wondering if this is the case or if it has a completely different origin. It sounds like a mixture of Roxana and Alexandra but it seems to be quite old and I am wondering if it derives from a completely different source.
