That particular entry is a submitted name, not in the main database. A banner above all submitted names states, "Submitted names are contributed by users of this website. The accuracy of these name definitions cannot be guaranteed." Perhaps the original editor made a mistake.

I can change it for you, if that's what you're requesting. I couldn't find any usage of the meaning "wind of the west", though (the hanja for "west" is 西 (seo) while "wind" is 風 (pung)).
