The state of Oregon has updated their web site so that it now includes the names of all children born in that state in 2004 and 2005. Unfortunately, they've redesigned the site so that IMHO it is more difficult to use than before and you can't get year-by-year data for any years except 2004 and 2005, but it still does include every name given to every single child born in that state since 1961, and so is the most complete data available on the web from any US state:

Those of you who love to hate the name Nevaeh will be chagrined to note that there were 33 Nevaehs born in Oregon in 2004 but 61 born in 2005, an 85% increase. :)
