Obviously, Guida (the Latin form of the name) would not have been used in medieval Burgundy. The French feminisation of Guy was Guyette or Guyonne.
For instance, Guigone de Salins' stepdaughter was called Philippotte, which was then used as a feminine form of Philippe (like Charles > Charlotte, rather than the latinate Philippa.Alexandrina, Annabella, Clementine, Charlotte, Emilienne, Florence, Frederica, Katharina, Mary (May), Maud, Penelope, Rosamund, Theodora (Teddy).
Aubrey, Axel, Benedict, Bertrand (Bertie), Cuthbert, Dashiell, Everard, John (Jack) Leopold (Leo), Magnus, Matthias, Maximilian (Max), Wilfred.
