My father in law suggested this as a name for our baby girl to come, and he said it means something along the lines of "from the fountain" in Hebrew. I can't find the name anywhere, does anyone know if this is correct?

Gali has been known as a diminutive for Avigail.
The word Gali does not exist in Hebrew, as far as I know, so its unlikely it means "from the fountain." Also, Leah in Hebrew means "weary" so it is also unlikely that Galeah has that meaning. Ga means touch. Its more possible it means "weary touch."
