It seems to be a diminutive of Aleksandra (and Olga), made of the most popular diminutive "Ola" and suffix "-encja". There are also forms like this for other names, for example "Katarzyna -> Kasia -> Kasiencja", "Joanna -> Asia -> Asiencja", "Małgorzata -> Gosia -> Gosiencja".
