Hello! In a prayer meeting I regularly attend, the pastor asked one of the choir members to pray, and the choirman's name was Fecil (no idea if this is how it's spelled, however). The pastor pronounced it "fuh-SEEL." I'm not certain of his ethnicity, but he had an accent that sounded like it may have been Hispanic. I thought the name interesting, and wondered if anyone else has heard of the name or has any info on it? Thank you.
