In general, this website is for real names, not invented ones that are not used as a part of the general population's name pool. Actually I know Japanese people with names like these. They arn't made up.

She said "most of these are made-up names that band members use". Most people with no knowledge of Japanese would have to take her word for it.

Yes, and it seems quite likely from the original post that the kanji being used by the band members may be very rare forms in Japan itself, so these names may have very different "meanings" from the ones given in the post.
