I could not find an Albanian word meaning "peace" or similar that even remotely resembles Ledina.
But I found the following:

Here, Ledina is given as a variant of the name Lëndina. This happens to be (also) a common Albanian word meaning "meadow" or "meadows".
Now, it isn't clear what's the source of the name list given in that forum post, and thus hard to say whether we can trust the info given. But "meadows" fits well with a lot of other Albanian names that are also common words, often for things of nature.
Interestingly, ledina also seems to be an Old Church Slavonic word with a similar meaning, going back to the same Proto-Indoeuropean root as the common English word "land":

So maybe the Albanian word is a borrowing from Slavic (or also goes back to PIE).
