Message: "Katya/Katia" - Behind the Name

This seems like it should be really obvious but how do you pronounce Katya or Katia? Is it like Katie but with an "a" sound on the end or is it kah-TEE-uh or something else? Thankyou for your help, this has been bothering me for some time!
