info on the name "Fjola"
My Grandmother was from Iceland and her name was FJOLA. I would like to know what it means. For some reason I always assumed it was Icelandic for Violet but I'd like to know for sure.

No, I don't speak Jamska, but I can read it as it is very close to Swedish and Norwegian as you can see. - And I didn't promise to ANSWER in Jamska ;) - I think Swedish would do!
