Luka is Russian, Croatian, Serbian etc. And it is just another spelling of Luca. Have you never watched the popular TV series "E.R."? There is a male doctor Luka there (from Croatia I think).

Yes, he is surely good-looking. I think the actor is Croatian as well, his real name is Goran. But Luka is more handsome.
