Just wondering the pronunciation for this name. This website has ie-ə-LAN-thee. I'm not sure about the "LAN" syllable, does it rhyme with Anne "Lann" or is it meant to be more like "Lahn".

You`d think that there being an entire operetta by that name and title characted would assuage pronunciation difficulties. Apparently not.
