Yes, I think it is a take on Olivia + Ana. Alivia has been around as an alternate spelling for a while (in the top 1000 in the US since 1995). Do you live in the Phoenix area? A man was just sentenced for killing a 3-year-old girl with the middle name (Alisandra Oliviana Romero) so it has been in the news.
