Message: "Breslyn" - Behind the Name

A friend of mine just had her second child and named her Breslyn. I had never heard it before, she said she was in a restaurant and heard a mother call her daughter that. Does anyone know anything about it, or is it one of those made up names, or perhaps a surname?? Thanks.
