I could probably help because my grandmother's name is lalitha. I am an Indian also.Lalitha means godess of knowledge.

There's so much different information. At one site it's said to be a name of Lakshmi also. So now Saraswati. Interesting. Oh well...

I know. Probably it has the same meaning of another name. I searched lalima and it couldn't find it.

Cool! Another one! My grandmother's naem is Lalita as well. It mens playful. Saraswati is the godess of Knowledge. Is Jenny your real name, or is it a nickname?
