Hey! Does anybody know the meaning of the name of the Italian name Adelina because sadly it doesn't say... Thank u!

The site says it's a diminutive of Adela, which comes from a Germanic word meaning "noble".

Adelina is the diminutive of Adele, a popular short form of Adelaide. Adela is more of a Spanish name (but is also a quite rare Italian variant).
