Does anyone have any clue how to pronounce this name or where it came from? All I know is that it is a girl name! Oh I'm so clueless!-Seda*

Well it is pronounced just as it is spelled, though maybe the 'e' sounds like [ay] as in Spanish.The only similar sounding word I know is the Spanish 'ensaña' meaning 'merciless.' Is this name the opposite of Mercedes?

I have no idea where the name Ensaya comes from. But I don't think it is Spanish, in origin.
There is the word Ensayo, in Spanish, which means "rehearsal" or "essay"
