My friend had a DD named Blondelle I think it is a French name but I think she got it from her great great grandmother who was a native american. Do you have anything on the meaning of it? I assume that blond will be in the meaning??

It is a French and English surname (and first name) meaning (yes you guessed it) "fair haired, blond" or "fair skin" derived from the Old French word 'blondel'.
