I'm just specualting but it may be an elaborated form of the Latin word 'diva' meaning "goddess".
There is also a Hindi name Divya/Divia which has a very similar meaning " heavenly, brilliany".
Both names probably share it's origin in the Indo-European root 'dyeu-' ("god, goddess") which suggests that the name Divia would also share the same root and therefore meaning.
Hope this helps you. :)
