Euphrasie

Okay. I've been reading "Les Misérables" and realized I have no idea what Cosette's real name means! I have a book (that is correct about 1/2 the time) that says Euphrasie is Greek and it means "good cheer". Is that correct?Thanks in advance.Melissa

Dear Melissa,Euphrasie, effectively, means "good cheer" or "joy" in Greek. In addition, the name's day is March 13.
