I'm not sure if a Greek name "agoro" really exists. The first Greek word that pops up in my mind is αγόρι (agori, meaning "boy"). And of course the Greek word αγορά (agora, meaning "market, gathering place), which is used in combined names like
Pythagoras (Πυθαγόρας), composed of the name Pythios "python" and the word agora "market", hence "python market".
