Queen Zibiah of Beer-Sheba (http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~jamesdow/s021/f652787.htm) is the wife of King Ahaziah and the mother of Joash king of Judah. I think it means "the Lord dwells" or "deer" in Hebrew.
