Mirka, Slávka in Czech. Or it could also be Míra, Sláveèka... (the strange letter is meant to be what's pronounced "ch".)

My Polish name book lists the nicknames Mira(MEE-rah), Mirka(MEER-kah), and Mirusia(mee-ROO-shah).

In Croatia Mira, Mirica and Mirka are used. Also, Slava, Slavica, Slavka works.
