Yes, Tatjanu is the genitive form of the name Tatjana in Croatian, Serbian and some other Slavic languages. I have never seen a male form of this name, so doubt it would have many hits on Google.
Could you give me the links you found so that I can be sure? The ones I found all refer to the genitive of Tatiana/Tatjana.
I also found that the male name Tatianus is a form of a Roman name Tatius.
The only male Tatjanus I've found is a horse: http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/tatjanus

I don't have links because my information comes from my knowledge of Polish.
If it helps I did try to search for Tatjanu as a name and didn't find anything. I do plenty of info for men of ancient names that had Tatianus as part of their name though.
