Where did you find the name? Did you make it up, see it written or printed somewhere, or hear someone say it?
If you made it up, then your word is law. If you want it to sound like Jamare, Ja-mihair, Reginald or anything else, it's your decision.
If you read it somewhere, then you should be able to trace it back to its source. Do that; then decide if it sounds good to you or not. Then go back to the first point.
If you heard someone say it, then you already know how one other person said it. That's a start ...
