When you ask for meanings of names, it would hep you get a better answer if you specify which cultural tradition the name might have come from. In this case, it would, for example, help very much to know if there is any Indian (as in from the subcontinent, not native american) influence.

Shandrika may come from the root chandra (Meaning moon http://www.behindthename.com/php/search.php?nmd=n&terms=chandra, see http://www.behindthename.com/bb/arcview.php?id=203320&board=gen for the derivation). -ikA is a feminine diminuitive.
