a lot of people have been asking me what my name means and i havent been able to answer them because it's not a common name. please help me. My middle name means loveable but taht's all i know.

I'd say it's from the Breton/English haer 'battle' + vy 'worthy', same source as Harvey. In England, H's in some accents/dialects are typically dropped leading to surnames like Arrington from Harrington, Alden from Haldane, etc. It's rather typical of estuary and the south/east London accent where Harvey is inevitably called 'Arvey! just as Harry is 'Arry!
