I am interested in the names Peorth and Rind, likey Norse in origin.
It is a name of a female on an anime series Ah! My Goddess.
Her younger sisters are Urd --> Urda (Old Norse) 'fate', Belldandy --> Verthandi (Old Norse) 'nessecity', and Skuld (Old Norse) 'future'.
Peorth and Rind may be along that wave length.

Peorth (or usually spelled Peordh) is the English name of an Old Norse rune.
English name: Peordh or Pertra
Germanic name: Pertra or Perthro
Icelandic name: Perð or Plástur
The meaning is unknown, it is the rune sign for 'P' and for the number '13', sometimes the meaning is given as 'bread' or 'earth' or 'stone'
Rind (Rinda, Rindr, Rindur) is a giantess and an earth- and fertility goddess in the Nordic mythology. She is the daughter of Billing, one of Odin's wives and the mother of Vali.
I couldn't find anything about the meaning of her name. An Old Norse word which looks similar is 'rinda' / 'hrinda' which means 'to get rid of something', 'to throw off something'. But I don't know if the name belongs to that word...
