I would say:

Spanish: ah-may-lya
English: ah-mee-lyuh
German: ah-may-lee-ah
Personally: ah-mee-lee-ah

In German "e" never makes an "ay" sound. It's ah-MEH-lee-ah, but most people are lazy and go with ah-MEHL-yah.
