Alright so this isn't exactly a person name, but this site still seemed the best place to go.
This is my ferret's name and I got it from the Disney movie Pocahontas, where the raccoon's name is Meeko. I am thinking the name is made up, or made up by adding a male suffix to the word 'meek', but I thought I could as least ask if there are any alternate theories and if the name is present in any other literature or ever for humans.
My lil' furball certainly isn't meek so I am hoping for something better!
