I've got no clue where my mother got my name. I was supposed to be named Brianne or Bridget or something. But the day I was born it just popped in her head as so I was named out of no where.
But yeah out of abit of research. (abit)
It's pronounce the wait it's written with two short "a's" and a long "e"

German Tal meaning to destroy
Welsh meaning High

From this post he seems to think it's Dutch or German but it's spelled with only one "e" as Talena but it's pronounced the same.
